We stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights whilst we attended a concert in Cardiff. Room was nice, my wife was I.pressed with the quality of the towels. Room very clean. Food good, however er the glasses in the bar looked dirty (dish washer needs so.e Finish or softer water. Staff very welcoming. On the downside, cost of room was elevated due to the music concert in Cardiff. Room cost almost doubles price of the normal price.

Well located 10 mins walk from the station and with lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk, this is an excellent hotel. Modern and clean, comfortable rooms and a very nice buffet breakfast.

As always the Mercure i a comfortable, consistently excellent hotel. The food at dinner and breakfast was fantastic and the service is exemplary. Customer service is clearly high on the agenda ta this hotel. Highly recommended.
