Great place to stay as it is easy to come/go from the airports, and the touristic attractions - bus 42 takes you to Eiffel Tower etc. Quiet rooms, good breakfast for a hotel without a hot kitchen. Coffee however can be improved big time...

The hotel is in a good location and close to the Metro station. The rooms are clean and spacious. However, I did not like the breakfast because there was very little selection, and when my family and I went to the restaurant, most of the food had already been consumed, and there were no replacements. The pizza we had on the night of April 11 tasted bad and was burnt. I am not sure if there is a policy to provide tissue paper in the room or not. However, we were not provided with any.

Only cold water when I tried to shower, use water from the basin. I reported this to reception and was told it was normal! I tried after breakfast and then had hot water. It seems to be a capacity problem at the hotel? I've never ever had this problem before at a Accor hotel before!
