was having lunch with fam in writers bar in raffles the service was really good , and Fandi was so helpful he was really nice and fast ,probably will come back for tea time because I love the place and also the service here and the food was absolutely amazing

Forgot how many times stay in raffles jakarta for short escape. As always, great service, great food (esp at raffles club), and also their hospitality! Top notch! unfortunately for this stay, the shower head on my room need to be repaired 3 times :'). but overall, still an amazing stay . cant wait to go back here again and again!

Excellent service. I had a very pleasant and comfy stay. Everything was tip top. The only thing is, maybe the restaurant servers need to learn a bit about culinary. Soft-boiled eggs are not hard-boiled eggs, and it should be served with a bowl.
