Room was pretty dated and breakfast options were less than exciting (I would've been stoked about some scrambled eggs on white toast) but once again it was alright for the price we paid. There was a horrible septic like smell outside our room but we couldn't smell it inside our room. The staff were very polite and friendly

Disappointed as you have movies available on your foxtel subscription but I was never able to log in. Discussed it with staff but was never able to view. I think you need to upgrade your subscription or remove movies so as not to frustrate customers (was really looking forward to viewing an old movie) Also tried to do a load of washing in the laundry but you only had this enormous machine that I literally had to jump into to reach the bottom to retrieve socks & injured my ribcage.

The rooms were okay. I have booked a month in advance and requested two rooms to be together. However, they gave rooms apart and I had to call numerous times to get them changed. We wanted to charge the Tesla next morning. However, the receptionist decided to block the only available charger by parking his ICE powered Lexus in that spot. Overall the experience was too poor and the staff could make better effort.
