Booking was don through my travel agent - no notification / notification from the hotel on the booking - late check-in and nothing waiting 15 minute and by luck the receptionist arrived to be shown how to but the bins out - that allowed me to get to the room key. Thank you for the muffin - not sure that this the All Accor standard. AC in the room is noise and the remote did not work well. Never seen anyone durning my stay.

I arrived late, was ignored at reception for 15 minutes until a flight attendant from the flight I was on walked from the restaurant and told the staff at the bar it was about time they attended to me - they definitely saw me. My Accor membership wasn’t linked but I linked it just prior and was given none of my Gold benefits. My room was freezing cold and the heating barely did anything. The bed was old and almost as uncomfortable as the floor. On checkout I was in a hurry and got told off for using express checkout - was barked at to give the key to the person sitting at the desk. Sorry to say, nothing positive to report. I hope it’s better when I’m back in a month.
