Poor cleanness of the room, restaurant food is very low quality, air conditioner was dripping water on us while we were eating, golf car service is very poor, it takes about 30 minutes, beach wasn’t very clean, staff is not very helpful, valet takes too much time to get the car WILL NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAINN!!

Clearly, the hotel is no where near ready to be operational and misses on the basics. We were staying in the Nariman hotel. Rooms were massive and the balcony amazing but the hotel felt old but at the same time unfinished. Staff all seemed to be trainees and I didn't create a single lasting memory or relationship with any of the staff which unlike Le Meridien at Cairo airport where we stayed for 1 night either side of this stay, they remembered even our drinks order on the stay after visiting your hotel. The lack of restaurants was poor and even when we went to the Italian restaurant, it felt like we were a hinderance and there were only 2 other families dining. We had to constantly chase up our drinks and our food. I was very very much looking forward to staying at this hotel but left hugely disappointed. It felt like the hotel is on a soft opening, which if that's the case, just be honest and then we'd understand the shortfalls.

It was really a fantastic & wonderful experience, from 1st moment the excellent treatment and the most hospitality from all the team. What we have seen from everyone was beyond our expectations. Everything was excellent..the location, the atmosphere, the hospitality, the room and the seaview from the balcony, the quality and the volume of the food, the cleaning of every single part in the hotel. Everything was excellent. The hotel team was ensuring to make our anniversary and also the birthday of my wife as a very excited and unforgettable experience which will remain in our mind and heart forever. Special thanks to reservation team specially Mr. Mostafa Essam, Mr. Ahmed Metawea & Miss Simon. Special thanks to Miss Mariam from front office Team whom she did her best to make our stay as fantastic as it happened.
