We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Montaza, and choosing this hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday was a great decision. A special thank you to Omar, who created one of the most beautiful and creative bed decorations we have ever seen. The design was truly unique and thoughtful, and made the birthday celebration even more special. Many thanks to Mariam at the reception, who was extremely helpful, kind, and always ready to assist us throughout our stay. We would also like to give a special thanks to Silvia, the supervisor at El Salamlek. She was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain the history of Salamlek Palace to us, which made our visit much more interesting and meaningful. She also helped us take some beautiful photos and was always happy to assist. Her warmth and attention to detail truly added a lot to our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the design at The Bangles — absolutely stunning! The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Overall, choosing Rixos Montaza for my wife’s birthday was an excellent choice. We had a memorable experience and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. -It was over all so good honestly the housekeeping are all so friendly and respectful the bungalows are private and well maintained -What i can add as a thing u can consider is when i arrived the first time ever before booking i asked if i can even see the beach or the place around the bungalows even with an escort if i will like it and they refused for me to leave the lobby at all . But however during my stay there i noticed a group of foreigners have entered the place seeing it around even though they were not staying there at forest celopatra so my question is why such a big group of people especially foreigners (around 15-20) people are permitted to enter see the place and they refused for me and my mum just the two of us to see the place earlier before we can book ? Other than that it was a happy stay and i will totally repeat it again ♥️

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and there were several aspects of the hotel that we really enjoyed, although there are some important areas that need improvement. Our arrival experience was unfortunately not good. When we arrived, there were three guests shouting loudly at the reception area, and the situation continued for almost two hours, from approximately 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. I understand that difficult situations with guests can happen, but I believe the hotel should have handled the situation much faster and moved the discussion away from the main reception area. I was travelling with my young daughter, and she was shocked and uncomfortable with the prolonged shouting. Our check-in was also delayed by around two hours. The hotel acknowledged the inconvenience and compensated us with five hours of late checkout, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the rooms we initially received were not properly cleaned, were located too far away, and we also found a bug in one of them. We reported the issue, and the staff arranged replacement rooms within approximately two hours. While I appreciate their response and effort to resolve the problem, the rooms should have been properly inspected before being handed over to guests. On the positive side, the breakfast was marvelous, with a very good selection and quality. The room furniture was also good, and having direct access from the room area to the beach was a great advantage. The staff throughout our stay were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Housekeeping service after the room change was also good. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, but unfortunately they are located in another building with no direct pedestrian access from the hotel. Guests have to leave the hotel building and walk along a vehicle access road to reach the pools. The pathway is particularly concerning because of the rough crushed-basalt surface and stones protruding from the ground. My daughter fell while walking there and bruised her knee. I strongly recommend that the hotel improve this route and provide a safe, dedicated pedestrian walkway between the hotel and the pool facilities, especially for families with children. The gym was excellent: very clean, well maintained, and equipped with brand-new machines. Another point worth mentioning is that outside food-delivery drivers are not allowed to reach the hotel directly. However, the hotel staff take responsibility for collecting the delivery and bringing it to the guest, which worked well. Overall, despite the disappointing arrival experience and the safety concern regarding access to the swimming pools, we had a pleasant stay. The excellent breakfast, good facilities, comfortable rooms, beach access, and especially the friendly and helpful staff were the highlights of our visit. With better arrival management, room readiness, and safer pedestrian access to the pools, the overall experience could be significantly improved.

I have visited many Rixos hotels, but Montazah Rixos hotels are just inheriting the chain name. Service is ok. It is certainly a crime a accept the building at its status. Wherever you look you will find a lot of finishing flaws.

Checkin and checkout was ok Restaurant and food is great The room is ok but not as expected, some pins are on walls without frames hanging. There are workers in nearby rooms doing renovation. I asked for technicians to fix the toilet but it took 2 hours to show up inspite of several calls. Beach service is great.

I had a really nice 3 night stay at Rixos Montazah Alexandria and stayed in a bungalow in the Cleopatra Garden . One of the best things is that there are several Rixos hotels next to each other and guests can use the facilities of the other hotels too. There are different beaches, pools and entertainment options, and the golf carts make it very easy to move around. The Cleopatra beach is small, quiet and feels quite private, which I really liked. The bungalow was small but very cozy and waking up with a direct sea view was amazing. The Cleopatra garden is also beautiful and has a very tropical feeling. The evening entertainment was great. DJ Novas was amazing and played really nice music. The staff were very friendly, polite and professional, and everyone I met spoke good English. Special thanks to Mariam at reception and Mario, the night receptionist In Cleopatra who were both very helpful. Overall, I had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, sea views and the fact that you can experience several Rixos properties in one stay.

Me and my wife celebrate both my birthday and our anniversary by end of September or early October. Last year we spent it in Rixos Bungalow and the experience was amazing. Starting from offering free upgrade and a customer service representative communicating through WhatsApp prior arrival and during our stay. This time I would say I’m disappointed from the service level I received, maybe because I had a fantastic stay last time and I expected similar experience. But I found difficulty in reaching out to the hotel team, although I tried multiple times through WhatsApp and through messages on booking.com but with no success. I didn’t expect another upgrade to the room, but I expected better overall customer experience Maybe I raised the bar for my expectation but I couldn’t say I had bad experiences. Still Bungalow considers as one of my favorite places to relax and enjoy the quietness
