During my stay, I observed a deeply concerning and discriminatory pattern regarding your staffing. It is impossible to ignore that veiled women (Hijabis) are completely excluded from any front-of-house, administrative, or customer-facing roles, such as reception or guest relations. Instead, they are visibly restricted exclusively to housekeeping and cleaning duties, carrying buckets and brooms in the background. This outdated, discriminatory practice is entirely unacceptable for a luxury hotel chain operating under the Rixos brand. Pigeonholing qualified women into cleaning roles based solely on their choice of attire is a blatant violation of equal opportunity and basic respect. It sends a clear, toxic message about who you deem "worthy" of representing your hotel's face to the public. As a direct result of this systemic bias, I will never book with Rixos again. I do not expect a standard, automated apology template in response. I expect this matter to be escalated immediately to corporate leadership to re-evaluate your hiring policies. We arrived at 3 PM & received the room at 4 PM !! Checkout we requested the baggage service at 12PM and he came on 12:45 PM Extremely unprofessional staff ,dinner food policy is not applied on all the guests I am the only one in the restaurant on Friday night wearing the half board bracelet & the restaurant was filled with only breakfast guests & they were treated like us. Some of restaurant staff treat us like we stay for free !!
