We truly appreciate your constructive suggestions regarding breakfast variety and the kids’ area. We understand how important it is for families to spend more time relaxing and enjoying the freshness of IKN together. Currently, we are in the process of planning the expansion of our kids’ area with more activities. While this will take some time, we have already begun by adding table tennis as one of the available activities for our in-house guests. Regarding breakfast, we are also progressing with plans to introduce a wider variety of menu options at our restaurant to enhance the overall dining experience for both adults and children. Your customer service and chef were terrific. The room was very nice. Couple items: I did not have hot water for Dec 14 and 15. The desk attempted a fix but no success. I was sent a dish of brownies and ice cream. On Dec 16 I has the option to switch rooms - unfortunately I was off site all day and leaving the next morning at 8:00am. While I had hoped to have the shower working with hot water, having to pack my gear to move to another room was not a worthwhile solution since I was leaving the next morning. When I checked out the desk charged my credit card again. The checkout charge cleared. - unfortunately the initial charge is still pending. Would you mind removing the pending charge of $481.60 USD please? Your staff was very gracious especially in attempting to solve the lack of hot water in my room (702). Others in my group on the same floor had issues as well with lack of hot water. I will likely be staying with you several times over the next several months. The suite room is fabulous with great in-room facilities. The staff's hospitality is beyond expectation, especially in the East Kalimantan Region. However, there is still a need for some improvement in the "Nusa Restaurant", especially when we have dinner. We needed to wait more than 90 minutes just for the "Nasi Goreng Jawa" with only a few customers in the restaurant. Hopefully, our next visit will be better than before.

Good stay, however the Ac leaks at the reception desk causing wet floor and water drops falling on guests. The breakfast was also very average and not what a five star should serve. The pastries and croissants were not up to standard.
