Booked 4 rooms and arrived at 1600, but only 1 room was ready. Got the others after 1800. I think they were understaffed and overwhelmed because the place was full. Btw, during my stay, the govt opened the new toll road to Nusantara for free for a few days, maybe that's why everyone was heading there. But gotta say, the front office handled it pretty well, the lobby was under control (at least from what I saw). Same thing didn't happen in the resto tho, it was chaos. Got my coffee there and overheard some guests got angry with the service. The room was awesome, super clean. On the a normal day, I'd totally come back!

We arrived around 14.00 and from the 5 rooms that we booked none of them waa ready. They handle it pretty well buy putting as in a lounge however by the time 14.30 we only received 2 rooms and I keep chat on the whats app and they keep saying that the rooms is not ready. and by 17.00 they said one of the room is ready. After complaining and waiting in the lobby then we received all our rooms at 18.00 We received complimentary late check out till 17.00 the next day but I am really not happy at all with the way some of your people handle us. Most of usher at the front comforting us really well but not the one in the reception area. Apparently the problems are the government officer who stay the day before check out late and I dont know and I dont care but its about commitment we paid to received our room by 14.00 but wasting our time till 18.00 is very not professional for a 5 stars hotel you guys appreciate those government people time but NOT US THANK YOU
