My short escape at Swissotel Nusantara was become a fantastic journey for me and my family. During the arrival the staff already show their hospitality and we are feel very welcome at the hotel. Special thanks to Mr Kukuh at the front desk for the warm welcome and Mr Hasbi at restaurant for making our stay become enjoyable. Their dedication truly made our holiday. Room are very modern, clean, spacious and beautifully done. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety and the taste of food is top notch. We really love this hotel while staying at IKN. We will definitely to be returning to this hotel for our next stay.

The hotel has decent facilities, including restaurant, spa, pool and 24-hour gym. The staff are helpful and friendly to the guest. However, they must improve the quality of AC which in the room I stayed, the air con was a bit noisy. They also should pay attention to their breakfast meals offering limited options to the guest that is not relevant with 5-star hotel as I know.

I spent one night in the hotel. The people are lovely, but the hotel is clearly very new and has much room for improvement. The executive lounge is not ready yet, which was a bit disappointment for a five-star hotel. The poolside bar was not open when I visited the pool, and the staff at the ground-floor restaurant/bar did not know about the redeem of the welcome drink. The breakfast selection was limited for a five-star hotel, and the refilling speed was slow. For example, the best food in my opinion -- dim sum -- was never refilled for the 45 minutes I spent at breakfast. I hope the hotel will improve its service to match its facilities in the future.
