Overall, I was very satisfied with the room and the facilities. However, the experience was completely ruined at the end by a bizarre and frustrating accusation from the staff (by Whatsapp text). I was accused of smoking in the room simply because the housekeeper found a used tobacco stick from an IQOS device. The hotel claimed the room "smelled cigarettes," which is physically impossible since IQOS is a heated, smokeless product that does not leave a lingering cigarette odor. I did not smoke inside the room whatsoever, and I responsibly used the trash can. Being falsely accused by staff who jumped to conclusions based on trash—and then fabricated a claim about a cigarette smell—was incredibly unprofessional. It is a shame because the property itself is great, but management seriously needs to train their team to look for actual evidence before insulting paying guests.

A truly wonderful experience. The hotel was excellent in terms of room quality, facilities, and service. Hats off to Rara and Komang for their outstanding hospitality. There were a few minor mistakes, such as the welcome card in the room having the wrong guest name, and the WhatsApp message also mentioning the wrong name at first before it was corrected. The breakfast could also be improved or could be better. However, overall it was a great experience!
