ขอชมโรงแรมนะครับ ผมไม่เคยเห็นเคยเจอโรงแรมไหน ที่ GM วิ่งเข้าใส่ลูกค้าขนาดนี้มาก่อนเลยจริงๆ เรามาถึง มารับเราด้วยตนเอง ทักทาย จับมือ แนะนำตัว และมาส่งเราเองถึงห้องด้วยนะ ระหว่างวันจะเจอ GM เดินตามโต๊ะอาหาร ทักทายแขก คุยกับแขก เรียกได้ว่าแค่คุณเดินออกมาจากห้อง ยังไงก็ต้องเจอนาง ไม่ที่ใดก็ที่หนึ่งภายในโรงแรม ที่ช็อคคือ ตอนเช้า GM ทำห้องอยู่กับแม่บ้านจ้า ทำกันอยู่ 2 คน แอบถามแม่บ้าน นางบอกแกเป็นคนแบบนี้แหละ แกชอบลุยงานเอง จัดแต่งเองตามที่แกชอบ เมื่อกี้ลงมาจะ check out: เราขอ late check out ไว้ 17.00 พอ 16.59 เราเดินลงมาถึง GM ยืนรอจ้า นางบอกเลย “I have been waiting for you” โอ้โหหห ซึ้งแบบน้ำตาแทบไหลในความใส่ใจ ความ recognize Miss Roxana, You are the most amazing GM I have ever met in my life, Thank you for everything and we’ll see you next week, once again, big thank you for everything.
