Elite benefits and late checkout: We’ve retrained our front office on Platinum benefits (including complimentary breakfast) and clear late checkout procedures. Going forward, guests will receive a definitive answer from a single point of contact, without being redirected. Discreet internal communication: While our team uses Line as an internal tool, it should never be visible or disruptive to guests. We have reinforced strict guidelines to ensure all internal communications remain discreet and out of guest view. Room humidity: Our engineering team is inspecting the room you occupied and reviewing HVAC performance. We’re increasing preventive checks and deploying dehumidifiers where needed to maintain comfort regardless of weather conditions. Regarding the suite upgrade, I’m sorry we couldn’t accommodate it during your stay due to limited availability.
