Pricey but romantic

I loved the bathrobes and the sunset views. Staff English is narrowly trained on the function. Breakfast is nice, although it gets hot and most space is not air conditioned. It pays to become silver member. Room service has adequate but somewhat limited choices.

The staff around the hotel are fabulous with the kids. Always remembered the kids names and happy to see them. The kids party was a lot of fun Tom/Beat/Bank/Four/Few/Aya/Ayu/Pang are fantastic. Thank you for making not only our stay fun but the kids

It’s amazing experience being here and booked this hotel only few hours before check in. We were not sure to book whether this hotel or something else but at the good it was really good decision, being proximity to Patong beach and walkable to shopping areas. The kids were entertained by Tok and his all team and they loved every moment of it. Thanks Tok and team. In fact thanks to all the staff here. The restaurant staff were amazing too taking care of kids while we were away for few hours. We are lucky to be here at the Thai new year time, called Songakaran. The drop to the airport was so amazing too and Jimmy was entertaining us telling with many local things and customs and information. Thanks Jimmy.

We really liked the kids party with Tok, Foor, Pang, Bank, Beat and Vivi. Great memories made… and a lot of ice cream 😃 The children were able to play a lot of outdoor games with the staff. And there was also a foam party at the end. Staff was extremely kind and patient. They even learned the names of the children.

Amazing service from Mr Best and Mr Bell at the Herring bar! Defo recommend getting your drinks made from them. All the staff at the hotel is amazing, all very friendly people and very hospitable. Beautiful location not far from bangla road, and waya from all hustle and bustle
