ห้องที่ระบุใน App บอกว่ามีน้ำแร่ไปถึงห้องไม่มี มีแค่น้ำธรรมดาขวดเดียวต้องขอเพิ่ม แล้วสอบถามพนักงานก็บอกว่าไม่มีน้ำแร่ให้มีแค่น้ำธรรมดา

การเข้าพัก การเช็คอินคือดี เราจองผ่าน accor เป็น member ได้ welcome drink ด้วย มีขนมให้ที่ห้องอีก และเหมือนจะได้รับการอับเกรดห้องพักด้วย พนักงานน่ารักมาก เราไม่มีแปรงสีฟัน ก็โทรขอได้ เนื่องจากเค้าอาจจะไม่ได้เก็บไว้ในห้องให้ แต่หาตู้เย็นไม่เจอ ไม่แน่ใจมีไหม
