Mr. B., We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Guest satisfaction is, of course, always our priority. The fact that Mercure and ibis brands are located within the same building is an operational model implemented in some cities. Although both brands can be located in the same facility, room categories, scope of services, and brand standards are offered differently. We are delighted that you enjoyed the friendliness of our staff and our clean, comfortable rooms. We aim to make your stay even more special with our wonderful Mercure beds and updated facilities. However, we regret that we could not meet your expectations regarding the minibar. We would like to make sure that you are aware that in addition to the minibar options available in our Deluxe rooms and Suites, we also offer complimentary in-room water. Finally, our central location and proximity to West Brompton Station make our hotel an ideal base for our valued guests to explore London.
