The comfort and satisfaction of our guests are extremely important to us, and I would like to express my regret for the difficulties you faced. I agree that more detailed information regarding the location and features of the rooms should be provided during the reservation process. This can assist our guests in making the best accommodation choices. Some of the rooms in our hotel may exhibit differences in light and airflow, particularly those located on the lower floors.
