HORRIBLE - Marcelina ruined my stay

I booked via DayUse (Booking No: 600O862V) and was HORRIFIED by the customer care service from staff member Marcelina. She was so rude and dismissive. As I was checking out, I informed Marcelina that I needed to order an uber home and my phone was about to die and as a young female, just wanted to make sure I got home safe. I asked if she knew a place I could get a charger or somewhere I could charge my phone or if the hotel had any chargers I could use, she responded rudely saying "no and it's not my problem if your phone is dead and not my job to assist you with this". I was so shocked and had to then go over to the bar area to see if I could get help. On top of this, as I was leaving, I then see a display that sells phone chargers (plugs and wires) right across from where Marcelina was situated and then reproached her to say it was unfair the way she spoke to me if she knew that the hotel sells chargers, and she could have informed me of this and helped me out. Again she was dismissive and rude and repeated that she had no obligation to be helpful to me and then proceeded to ignore me despite me speaking in a calm manner. I am so in shock as I have stayed in hotels around the world over the years, including Novotel, and now I never want to stay at a Novotel again because the customer service was SHOCKING. Never in my life have I had someone be so rude and dismissive to me, as a guest.

Everything was good as christmas decoration at welcome zone,where Alex and Jeff was very kind and professional. They made our staying much pleasure and enjoyed. Thank you and I'll come back!

Good location close to Hammersmith station. Receptionist are nice in there, Especially Jeff and Alex. Always see their smiling face. Thank you for their service.

the location here is perfect, close to the the subway station and everything is handy. the hotel staff Alex and Jeff is very helpful and friendly! a very pleasant stay here.

The location of Novotel west London is in centre and close to underground station.the breakfast was excellent and welcoming staff was awesome especially Alex.thank you for everything
