I have stayed at the Ibis Earls Court several times over the years it being been getting upgraded to an Ibis/Mercure for several years and it was grate to see that they are almost there with the upgrades. The rooms have been improved to a high standard, the same overall size as before, but with a much better choice of furniture they feel a lot bigger. The public areas are vastly improved with a sleek modern look. The underground car park, one of my main reasons for choosing this hotel is still seriously restricted for space. As the outside is still under renovation a lot of scaffolding is still in place. One small item that did annoy me I bought a beer at the bar and I was changed a 10% Service Charge, what for the Barman putting the beer in a glass and taking my cash ?.

I stayed here for work. Nice hotel clean and accessible to the tube. Breakfast was tasty. Room was small but it was very comfortable and clean . Staff were really nice and helpful. I would prefer a iron in the room instead of going down to the ironing room especially as a woman on my own (but not a delicate flower) all in all a good stay

Sabrina at concierge was so welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The room was lovely, and checkout was quick and easy. The location was convenient and easily accessible via rail, and outside of a slightly clogged shower drain the stay was blemish free. Would recommend to any and all! Thank you!

İlk gece 611 de kaldık, önceki kalışımızdaki odadan bizce önemli ölçüde küçüktü. Ertesi gün resepsiyon bizi kırmadı ve 610’a aldı. Kalan 6 günümüz gayet iyi geçti. Yine çok memnun kaldık.

The location is good, close to West Brompton Station (Tube & Overground) and we'll served by bus routes (430 to/from South Kensington). The rooms are adequately sized and well appointed. Good standard of bathroom fittings and comfortable beds. Kettle and tea/coffee supplied in room. Nice looking bar and restaurant at First Floor (we didn't use) and good bar/café service in lobby. Reception is a bit confused and hidden, many customers struggled to figure out where to check in. Simple signage would fix this. Staff were very good and friendly. I would certainly return.
