Micky on reception was so efficient and polite, a credit to the hotel… we really appreciate the special gift you kindly gave us. The room was perfect, modern, lots of charging points for phones and devices and spotlessly clean… a little bit of noise due to refurbishments. We didn’t mind this as it started at a reasonable time.

Amazing room, very fashion but confortable, te bed incredible… the best after a long day walking on the city. Fran was the best host and gave us the best tips for enjoy our journey. He recommend a few restaurants that were good and not so expensive. We will return.

We arrived very late with no booking, escaping from a tourist trap right next to this hotel, much later than Midnight. Yonas, at the desk, has been very very helpful and kind. The room he gave us Is beautiful and clean and we are very happy for that Thanks

Very happy with accommodations and Salim was so friendly and helpful. We came in early after a long flight and he got us right into our rooms so that we could get refreshed for the day. He also provided us with useful information for our trip. Thank you!

Every member of the staff was so profesional and kind, always willing to help, even when I had a problem with the booking (special mention to recepcionists and Anada, from the restaurant). Really comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. Highly recommendable.
