Erg vriendelijk personeel en super schone kamer. Bar en restaurant is erg gezellig en de locatie is ook prima.

Het ontbijtbuffet vond ik teleurstellend. Weinig keuze in broodjes. Het was er ook erg druk.

Perfecte incheck,mooi hotel ,soms in de dag lawaai wegens verbouwingen,de kamer perfect ,direkte link met openbaar vervoer naar centraal londen,mooi en uitgebreid ontbijt,en barneby's zowel lounge als restaurant waren perfect in eten en service allemaal zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Ideaal hotel om Londen te verkennen: dicht bij metro, parkeerplaats voor auto, rustige buurt, ... Hotel zelf is netjes en vernieuwd, bij ontbijt is er alles wat je nodig hebt, enkel de douche is minder (heel lichte waterstraal).
