Vriendelijk personeel. Recent gerenoveerde kamer. Enig minpuntje: ik kon D. verwarming niet uitzetten noch D. temperatuur verlagen.

Vlak bij Paddington station en midden in een kantoor wijk. Daardoor dichtbij al het moois van Londen maar rustig na 18:00 uur.

Voor een familiebezoek hadden wij 4 kamers, waarvan 1 gerenoveerd. Alle kamers waren prima. Het ontbijt was ook goed met een goede service. Het hotel is centraal gelegen vlak naast Paddington station.
