Dear Marc C., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. While we appreciate your comments, we would like to kindly clarify a few points mentioned in your review. Our early check-in time is from 10:00am and according to our records you were checked into your room at 10:33am which was only 33 minutes after the early check-in time rather than over an hour later. In addition, we were pleased to upgrade you to a larger room category than the one originally booked, as part of our effort to enhance your stay experience. Regarding your comments about the hotel standards, we would also like to clarify that the hotel has officially been awarded a 4-star rating. That said, we are sorry to hear that the room did not fully meet your expectations and we do appreciate all feedback as it helps us continue to improve our guest experience. We regret that some aspects of your stay did not meet expectations including room allocation on arrival and certain maintenance issues.
