Thank you for choosing to stay with us again and for highlighting our convenient location close to the metro station and shopping center. However, I am truly sorry to learn that your breakfast experience did not meet your expectations this time and was not as enjoyable as during your previous stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by some breakfast items being unavailable during your visits. Unfortunately, on this occasion, some deliveries did not arrive on time, which affected the availability of certain products. While this was beyond our direct control, we fully understand the disappointment this caused and recognise the impact it had on your experience.
