Overall, the resort offers outstanding facilities and has the potential to become one of the leading family destinations in the region. The property is beautiful, modern, and well-designed. The reception team was welcoming, professional, and eager to assist throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The pillow menu and daily replenishment of the minibar were appreciated touches. The resort’s strongest feature is its recreational offering. The water park is excellent, with more than 15 slides for adults and children. The safety presence was impressive, with lifeguards and staff positioned throughout the attractions. We particularly enjoyed Solara Café, which offered an excellent selection of beverages and consistently good service. Peoples Restaurant was another highlight, serving high-quality food and providing one of the best dining experiences during our stay. The breakfast buffet also offered good variety and was supported by friendly and welcoming staff. The main areas requiring improvement relate to operational consistency. Food quality varied significantly between outlets. While some restaurants performed very well, others fell below expectations. The dinner buffet lacked consistency, particularly at the Turkish station, where food was often dry and overcooked. Seafarer’s Catch, located near the water park, offered food that was generally oily and of noticeably lower quality than other outlets. Cleanliness around the water park should also receive additional attention. During our stay, some public areas and washrooms at the waterpark were not maintained to the standard expected of a premium resort. Another opportunity for improvement is the availability of beverage service around the water park and recreational areas. Given the size of the attractions and the family-oriented nature of the resort, easier access to refreshments would be appreciated. As an Accor member, I also noticed there was no visible recognition of membership status during the stay. In addition, the resort would benefit from offering connected rooms or dedicated family-room options, as the current accommodation choices create a significant gap between standard rooms and villas.

Our experience was excellent 10/10. The hotel was very clean, and the room service was outstanding. The variety and quality of food were great, with plenty of options for everyone. We especially enjoyed the water park with our kids; it is one of the best family-friendly hotel attractions in Jeddah. We stayed as a family and found that the hotel caters well to both children and adults. The range of accommodation options, including rooms and villas, provides flexibility for different types of guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families.

The hotel is nice and comfortable; however, the food quality was disappointing. Unfortunately, my entire family experienced food poisoning after eating at the hotel. My daughter suffered from vomiting the next day, and my husband, his sister, and I also became ill and dehydrated. I strongly recommend improving the quality, freshness, and food safety standards of the meals served. In addition, the service at the pool and beach areas needs significant improvement. It was very difficult to get water or drinks, and staff were rarely available to assist guests. Better attentiveness and more frequent service around the pool and beach would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, while the accommodations were comfortable, the food quality and service levels require urgent attention.
