I had bad experience, i booked for 2 nights, first day of arrival it was good then i get food poisoning from your buffet, i was sick at second night I went to hospital diagnosed and get treatment, all hotel staff was kind and helpful but no one offered me a compensation as i spent all day in bed sick , I didn’t enjoy the resort or the facilities, nothing done as a compensation, even the hospital bills I paid from my own money , Iam a customer they should compensate me , if they make me sick and doesn’t want to acknowledge that they are disrespecting me .

Everything good regarding the stay but the most important part( the beach) was bad because not any service there i have to walk 10 minutes to get drinks or towels

It’s nice, clean, and new, and everything is all-inclusive. The food is tasty too.But honestly, it’s a bit boring, waterpark with a few adult games plus a kids’ section both in great condition, with lots of lifeguards and strong pool security. the place isn’t that big since they’re only using half of it. Also, the vibe is very family-oriented, so it doesn’t feel very comfortable in terms of dressing freely and relaxing. The room has weak soundproofing where even low music or normal talking can be heard, and I even received a call from the front desk about complaints from nearby guests.

First, the room I was given had a broken air conditioner. I contacted the staff, and they came to check it, but the problem was not fixed. I then reached out to guest services, and they tried to move me to another room on the same floor, but the air conditioning there was also not working. After that, they moved me again to a room on the fifth floor, which was finally acceptable. All of this happened between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM, and because of that, I couldn’t sleep at all. This completely ruined my plan to wake up early, enjoy the beach, and participate in other activities. I basically lost my entire day. As for the food, it was far below expectations. The meals lacked flavor and tasted very bland. Overall, the food quality was very poor and disappointing.
