The transportation and communication were disappointing. Despite your email confirmation, no one came to pick me up from the train station, and it was difficult to reach the hotel by phone. And although I arrived at 3 PM in the reception, I did not receive my rooms until 6–7 PM, and my luggage arrived to my room at 10 PM. However, the stay itself was excellent.

Unfortunately, my experience at Rixos was quite disappointing and fell well below my expectations for a resort of this standard. I was particularly surprised by the limited level of hospitality expertise, the lack of flexibility in accommodating guests’ needs, and the limited variety and options available across the resort’s restaurants. What I expected to be a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway instead highlighted several gaps in service quality, guest experience, and overall resort management. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the hospitality standards, restaurant variety, and flexibility in dealing with guests

I was staying at your hotel for a business trip, and as a breastfeeding mother who had to travel without my baby, I needed to express milk during my stay and arrange for it to be collected and stored safely. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple request became a very stressful experience. On the first day, I asked the hotel to receive my expressed breast milk and keep it frozen until I could collect it. At first, my request was refused!!! and I had to go through several discussions and calls before the hotel finally agreed to accept and store it. What surprised me even more was that the same situation happened again the following day. Despite the arrangement already being discussed and agreed on, I had to explain the situation again and go through the same unnecessary back and forth. The most concerning part happened when I checked out. When the milk was returned to me, I found that part of it was thawed, even though it had been with the hotel for approximately 8 hours with the understanding that it would be kept frozen. For a breastfeeding mother, expressed milk is extremely valuable!!! I had trusted the hotel to handle and store it properly, so finding part of it thawed was very disappointing and concerning. As a guest staying at a 5-star hotel, I expected a much smoother and more understanding approach to such a basic need, especially for mothers traveling for business. I believe there should be a clear process in place so that another breastfeeding mother does not have to go through the same experience. Aside from this issue, I would also like to be fair and mention that somehow i liked the hotel itself. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent and convenient, particularly the easy access to the train I hope you take my feedback seriously, as improving the way these situations are handled would make a significant difference for breastfeeding mothers traveling for work.

The resort itself is very impressive and beautifully developed. The beaches, swimming pools, water park, spa, restaurants, and other amenities are attractive, well-designed, and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the level of management and service did not match the quality of the facilities. My check-in was delayed, yet I was not offered any compensation or even a complimentary late check-out. More seriously, I was initially given access to a room that was already occupied by other guests, which was extremely uncomfortable and represents a major privacy and security concern. which was a lesson learned for me for my stays in this hotel or any other hotel that I have to keep my door locked. Therefore, I considered this as a positive experience. After I was moved to another room, I found that it had not been cleaned properly. The duvet was dirty, the pillow smelled as though someone had been sweating on it, and the floor was not clean. Overall, it appeared that the room had been prepared in a rush. The luggage service was also extremely slow. After waiting for a long time, I eventually had to collect my luggage myself. In addition, calls made to the front desk from the room repeatedly went unanswered. Honestly, I did not intend to write a review. However, since I continued receiving automated reminders asking for feedback, I felt it was important to share my experience. The resort has excellent facilities and great potential, but the management, housekeeping, and guest services require significant improvement to meet the standard expected from a resort of this quality

We regret to inform you that our experience today was not as expected, particularly due to the significant delay in receiving our rooms. We were present at the reception since 12:00 PM. However, the first room was only handed over to us at 4:30 PM, while the second room was not available until 6:19 PM. This extended waiting time caused considerable inconvenience and frustration for my family, especially after arriving at the resort and expecting a smooth and timely check-in.

It was a fun stay for two nights at the Senior Suite for two nights. Warm hospitality, great staff and good food. Though we would have liked more options to dine at as a couple of restaurants were closed during our stay, not sure why. THe waterpark was amazing, not too crowded. The beach was a bit rocky. All inclusive experience was great. Only bad part was that after returning home, I found my car's bumper to be broken at one corner strangely. The car was with the resort valet for two days and I'm not sure what could have happened. Would be happy if someone could reach out to discuss this.

My experience at Rixos Hotel was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations. I had a late check-in and was given a room overlooking the parking area instead of the courtyard I had booked. The hotel was also marketed as all-inclusive, but the actual experience did not feel all-inclusive. Customer service was poor, with long delays in receiving basic services, and no proper introduction or explanation of the hotel facilities and services was provided. Unfortunately, the food quality was also below expectations. Overall, the experience did not match the standards or promises advertised by the hotel.

I have stayed at several Rixos properties across Egypt and Turkey, but this visit was extremely disappointing and far below brand standards. First, our check-in was delayed until 6:00 PM because no rooms were ready. We were traveling with children, and the staff repeatedly gave false promises of "just 30 minutes." The unrequested suite upgrade did not make up for wasting an entire day waiting in the lobby. Second, on our departure day around 1:00 PM, while we were at the aqua park, the food outlet refused to serve us lunch under the pretext of checkout. The staff was completely uncooperative and refused to even contact the front desk to resolve the issue, simply telling us to walk over ourselves. The overall service was rigid, unhelpful, and not what we expect from Rixos.
