Except the above, the services was great, food is delicious, Aqua park is amazing, despite some slides were not working during my stays march 2026, beach is gorgeous, staff is well respected, well trained, My only feedback is to be more generous. Please don’t tell guests that after checkout they can’t eat or use the coffee machines. I know some lower-grade resorts allow guests to enjoy the facilities on their last day just like they did on their first.

Upon arrival we experienced a delay with check in, which was not the ideal start to our visit..but I would also like to sincerely highlight how greatly the situation improved afterward. The professionalism and attentiveness of the staff made a noticeable difference, and I would especially like to commend the manager for personally stepping in. His effort, flexibility and the multiple options he offered to enhance our stay truly reflected a high level of care and hospitality. The buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the food was consistently delicious. We also thoroughly enjoyed the water park, spa, as well as the pool and beach facilities. Thanks to this, what began as a challenging experience turned into a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. I truly appreciate the team’s dedication to guest satisfaction and their ability to turn things around so effectively.

The room was not ready and it took from the hotel management 2 days of working to fix the door, which was annoying me, as I did not expect to spend 2 days sitting with workers while I was expecting to be fully relaxed. Rather than this issue everything was good.

Do not have a bad thing to say, the stay was fabulous. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly, the stay was everything we were looking for. I hope they might consider day passes in the future as we would definitely travel from Jeddah.
