I enjoyed my time with the family! One recommendation, when it comes to the golf/buggy I had a better experience in Rixos Sharm whether it was the number of buggies or the waiting time. We had a great family staycation and really enjoyed our experience overall. We loved the interior design and beautiful details throughout the building. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special mention goes to Mayadah at the reception, who was incredibly welcoming and willing to assist. I think if you improve the following, it will be world class resort: - The temperature in the lobby was much too cold compared to the outdoor temperature. Given that the resort is designed around swimming and outdoor activities, it would be more comfortable to have the lobby temperature adjusted accordingly. -Unfortunately, the food at the main buffet restaurant did not meet the standard we expected from a five-star resort. Some of the dishes lacked flavor and could be improved significantly. More importantly, we had fish one day that appeared to be spoiled, so we were unable to eat it. Seafood quality should be a particular highlight, especially given the resort’s location in the western region of Saudi Arabia, which is well known for its excellent seafood. - The entertainment: the DJ music selection did not quite match our preferences or the atmosphere we were expecting. Of course, music taste is very personal, but offering a more varied selection of music or adapting the playlist to suit the diverse preferences of guests could make the entertainment experience more enjoyable for families.

Rixos Murjana is an amazing resort in our country at KAEK (King Abullah Economic City). I stayed at the resort in May 2026 and again in August 2026. Me and my family had a very relaxing and joyful time. I am so proud that such a resort exists in my country. I have visited numerous all inclusive resorts in many countries around the world, and I can really tell that this is one of the best. Many thanks to the head manager of the resort, Mr. Maghrabi, who called me on my cell phone once I requested at the reception to talk to him. I thanked him for the great management and for the extraordinary hospitality we received. I expressed my surprise on how this resort is improving so fast. We noticed at August 2026 stay many thoughtful changes; they increased the varieties and the number of dishes at the buffets ( for example in the dinner at Terra mare buffet in Friday night, Aug 14, 2026, they added sushi as well as grilled lobster, steamed lobster and grilled shrimp ), they added snacks around the pools and waterpark, they created new activities, competitions for children, exercising activities in the waves pool, cartoon characters, and extended the hours at the waterpark till 10:00 PM! I requested from the manager, Mr. Maghrabi, that they do NOT go on with the plan to start running jet skis and gasoline boats at the beach, which will tear up the current relaxing and peaceful environment, as such gasoline water vehicles will cause pollution to the torques water and to the refreshing air coming from the sea, in addition to the noise that will affect swimmers in the sea. Such a high-class resort doesn’t deserve such a hassle and should be an echo-friendly role model. They could instead, start kayaking, paddling, and sailing boats which are environment friendly water sports. Again, many thanks to Mr. Maghrabi (head manager) for his kindness, humbleness, and eagerness to get feedbacks and for his professionalism and respect. Also, many thanks to main chef who was very gentle and friendly when I thanked him for the amazing and extra-ordinary buffet in Friday night. Many thanks to the rest of the team including Mr. Zahid at the reception who was attentive and helped me in the middle of the night to find an adapter to plug my electronic device, and Mr. Wafi, the waiter at the Terra mare buffet who provided the greatest service with smily face, and Mr. Ismail at the beach lounge for being so attentive, respectful and friendly. Note that the resort was fully booked in my August 2026 stay, however, the quality of service, cleanliness and attentiveness were not affected at all !! I would definitely be a frequent visitor to Rixos Murjana. Dr. Feras K.

There were many areas that were conflicting. When asking certain members if the Cafe for Sheesha was open / they said yes Unfortunately , upon reaching they mentioned that the sheesha providers arrive at 16:00? I had a flight to catch and wanted to enjoy 30 minutes and timed this with my family and flight accordingly. Secondly when ordering transportation an incident occurred where the the vehicle assigned to me was taken over by another tenant , the hotel reception , management and others did not take care of this issue at the moment I had to struggle and faced embarrassment in front of the tenants. Receptionist were not understanding my concerns clearly , despite explanation. Also, given my affiliation with MBSC university I thought there would be a level of understanding that my classes would start sharp at timings and with the amount being paid I was expecting this to be expedited with precision. Additionally, I found that some young female receptionist were not as welcoming and their answers were brief when asking for flexibility. I would suggest firther harmonization of services somce the continous excuse was that laundry, Sheesha , drivers are all third parties. This caused a break in direct confirmation For the level of this great hotel I would have expected no obstacles during my stay , since the reason I chose this place was dependability and reliance. All in all there are a lot of positives however every single service came with an issue. I would definitely come again , however I would not feel “taken care off” if that makes sense. Since I am providing feedback based on the amount being paid and the level this resort advertises itself as. Thank you very much. Off note : managment was incredible !

Check in services very poor. No consideration for gold status members. Rooms were not ready. Spa had paint work that could have been done e outside working hours. No kids utensils although its a family resort. Housekeeping was not done during mornings
