I can’t recommend this place because of the poor experience with the staff. In addition, I had to take one room with a living room because they didn’t have connected rooms available. They agreed to refund me 1000 SAR, but until today, 8th May 2026, I still haven’t received the money back. I have traveled to many Rixos resorts around the world, and this is the first time I have faced such an issue. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this place or return again.

I really enjoyed the stay and everything was perfect except the food taste was not the best also kids swimming pool open too late so almost have day of our stay we could not enter the pool

My stay was generally beautiful and enjoyable, and the resort is definitely worth visiting again. The place, atmosphere, and overall experience were lovely. However, I would like to share a few comments honestly. On several occasions, I encountered staff members who did not speak Arabic, including at the restaurant reception. I wanted to ask about the restaurant, but because of the language barrier, I did not fully understand that it was included with my stay until the last day, after I asked the main reception. I also had a similar situation at another restaurant reception. I personally found it surprising that some guest-facing staff do not speak Arabic in an Arab country, especially as I was very excited to experience a resort in my own city. I would also like to mention that one staff member at Solar Restaurant had an unusual sense of humor. When I asked about drinks, he asked whether I preferred “halal or haram” drinks. I understand it may have been intended as a joke, but I did not find it appropriate in this setting. I felt it was my duty to share these notes because the Guest Relations staff kindly asked me to leave my feedback, and I promised to do so. Overall, everything was beautiful, and I would be happy to repeat the experience again, God willing.
