Hard to find reception. Overwhelming aid freshener smell gave me an asthma attack

I booked two rooms and given the rooms were the same layout the difference in price didn’t add up. The room itself didn’t feel clean and all the in house supplies were empty. Staff at front of house were friendly but lacked empathy and individuality, reason I say this was because I required parking but it was perceived as a hassle because my vehicle was oversized. Due to private event the restaurant was closed but no prior notification of this. I was there because my son was having a brain tumor removed and I just didn’t feel rested when I returned to the hotel

Had a decent stay but had trouble finding parking. The hotel should have more than 9 parking space available for guests. Managed to find a parking spot along the street

Fantastic location, but a lot of little things lead to a frustrating stay. Coffee pods replaced with only decaf (when its clear decaf is the only pod I didnt use), Curtains that you cannot fully close, breakfast and poaches eggs that are hard, the elevator key scanner did not work (which I am first told I am not pressing the button correctly, which that staff also had the same issue, but then the need to stand in line at reception to get to my room everytime).
