My room's roof is leaking because the AC is having problems. In the future, please check the room again if the next guest uses it.

Long time we wanted stay in this hotel, finally during Lebaran we had chance. After long journey, this hotel helped us to recover our body. Room is so spacius and comfortable, silent and had a good sleep.

Few times we have been staying in this hotel since 2014 , since the name was The Best western solo baru. This time we stayed was during idul fitri, it may be the occupancy rate was high therefore the room service is a bit slow. It will be good if the hotel can provide kid's activities schedule at the kid's club.
