I stayed here for the first time and was quite disappointed with the lack of information provided. There were no details about basic facilities such as where and what time breakfast is served, which floor the fitness or bar is on, or where to claim the welcome drink. I didn’t ask at the front desk because I expected an information sheet in the room, but there wasn’t any. When I called to check, the staff explained that they assumed I had stayed before since my name was similar to another guest. Overall, this left a poor first impression. For a hotel in this range, I expected clearer communication and better guest service.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced regarding the lack of information about our facilities and services. Clear communication is essential to us, and we regret that your expectations were not met during your stay. As of now, we are displaying hotel information on the digital screen just beside the check-in counter in the lobby, on the TV within the hotel information section, and we are on process of creating a digital hotel information brochure that will be accessible via QR code. I will ensure we do the appropriate training with our team, to inform every guest upon check-in where the information can be found, and in the long-run I will put the QR code on the key-card holder for every guest to have it with them for a convenient access at any time. Perfectly situated just off Suhkumvit Road, Excellent new linen and comfortable bed. They recognised my status and was upgraded as well as welcome chocolates/fruit in the room. will stay again
