We stayed at the Mercure Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 for two nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located. What really stood out for us was the exceptional service. We were allowed to check in already at 10:00 a.m., which was incredibly helpful after our arrival – especially since the official check-in time is normally 2:00 p.m. This made a big difference and was very much appreciated. A special thank you to Miss Sky, Miss May, and Miss Pare. They were all extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt very welcome here and would definitely stay again when visiting Bangkok. Highly recommended!

We always stay at Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 for our yearly trip, and it truly feels like our second home. The location is super convenient, the price is very reasonable, and everything is consistently comfortable and reliable. This time was extra special — Thanita organised the most amazing welcome back for us, which made us feel so appreciated and at home from the moment we arrived. What really stood out was that he remembered my room preference, and our room was already ready at noon. After a long journey, that early check-in was such a wonderful and unexpected surprise. We genuinely appreciate the thoughtful service and personal touch. This is exactly why we keep coming back every year. Highly recommend!

We stayed here a few times in the past and again, we have nothing to complain. Ladda from the cleaning team did a great job with our room and thank you for beautiful Khun Chang , so cute … The location with BTS / EMQ / Emporium is just superb and the hotel has its Accor / mercure standard. So you know exactly what you get for the price. Of course Xmas season’s a bit on the high side… Breakfast is good and the coffee machine is good as well. We had in-room lunch once and that was good too. Great is free parking if that’s needed.

Tang is the best Housekeeping Staff!

Tang was very sweet in making sure my room is clean and she places towel designs with notes that really make my day! So happy for those small gestures!

It was awesome, I definitely give it a 10 out of 10. Everything about it was really fancy; they even made towel animals! Great work on the rooms and the lobby. My only complaint is about how small the pool is, but still, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re going on vacation in Thailand!
