The hotel’s location is ideal if you like the night life, shopping malls and eager to use public transportation. There’s also a convenient store right next door. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and well kept and the breakfast is lovely.

I always stay at the Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 when I visit Thailand the location is perfect for me the staffs from every department are great with their job. This time I thought I try something different and I stay at the Ibis Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 they are actually the same building and haven’t had any issues with ibis hotel only the difference is you can’t use the hotel gym and the room is smaller but the service you get from the staff is still amazing. I enjoyed going to the roof top bar the staff are very friendly and welcoming also the house keeping is very nice and clean the room so well especially Lilly I asked her to get my laundry and she was very kin to help and set up my room with a little cute elephant I was so pleased to see it when I got back to my room

Great service. Clean room and comfortable beds. 2 min walk to BTS and a mall right across the hotel. Lots of restaurant options and massage places. My mom and I had an awesome 90 min massage right on this block a min walk from the hotel. Good breakfast and good dinner options if need it. Jeen and Eye treated us like family!

Our experience was excellent!!! We booked one more night. Good service The food was excellent The room was very clean and comfortable. Jeen and Eye treated us as family. 2 min walk to BTS and across from the mall. Lots of restaurant options as well as massage places. Food at the hotel was good as well.

Good vibe and good service from the bar team. Shoutout to Pond, Pee, and Blue your service is exceeded expectations. They are so kind and always taking care of customers with sincerity especially Mr. Pond. I’m definitely will recommend this place to my friends and I will also visit again.
