We loved the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the concierge Natt, to the crew of the incredible breakfast buffet, to the staff who took care of us at the pool. We'll come back.

The staff of the hotel are it's asset. Our stay was super and more so because of the exceptional people working there. A special thank you to " Dear" at the reception who was patient, kind, and very helpful. And a special thank you to " Gam" at the restaurant for superb service.

Very well located hotel, perfect as a base for exploring the city. Met Natt yesterday, his first day as a concierge here. Did an excellent job in booking a golf reservation for us and in recommending times of transfer to railway market and transfer. Good fun as well, engaging in friendly banter.
