สะดวกสบายครับ มีชัทเทิลรับส่งที่ปากซอย18 เดินจากbtsกับ mrtไมาไกล พนักงานน่ารักทุกคนครับ ให้ความร่วมมือดีมาก ห้องพักได้อัพเกรดเป็นsuites ชอบเลย์เอาท์ห้องsuiteที่นี่ ดูไม่กว้างมากนักแต่เดินทะลุห้องนอน ห้องน้ำ ห้องนั่งเล่นได้หมด มีกระจกบานใหญ่หลายบาน น้ำที่อ่างอาบน้ำไหลช้าไปหน่อยครับ เลานจ์ดีครับไม่พบลุกพล่าน อาหารไม่มากไม่น้อย รสชาติดี วิวดีไวปีดี เสร็จแล้วขึ้นบันไดหนึ่งชั้นก้อเป็น rooftop bar แล้ว

Already had me at hello by Khun Ying DM for warmly welcome and very informative in regards of membership and situation at the pool. Yet, her friendliness and kindness had been top notch. Hands down. Worthy mentioned to Khun Nan at Sky Lounge, too! Once again, met her at the lounge with marvelous service, as usual. Room was clean and tidy, and that what I could ask for such a short stay. Hence, room comforts me quite well. Check out was sufficiently by Khun Jam, nice and smooth. Will keep coming back, indeed.

Good stay so far. There’s lot of choices to eat in refreshments and evening cocktail. Unfortunately there is no breakfast at executive lounge. Grate service from K Pan K Natty K Jira.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now, usually on business, but this time I was traveling as a couple over the weekend. Staff and amenities are great, but the beds are simply too soft resulting in poor sleep and achy backs. I didn't use the pool but did use the club lounge to catch up with emails and work after breakfast, and although the lounge didn't open until 11:30, staff let me in so I could use one of the desks - thank you!

จองห้อง superior แต่ทางเจ้าหน้าที่ upgrade เป็นห้อง executive ให้ พักผ่อนสบาย บาร์ชั้น26 ดีมากๆ พนักงานทุกคนดูแลดีมาก ประทับใจครับ
