Short but Memorable!!

I came for short holiday here ! Met Khun Min who help me for fast checkin while jet lag, Khun May, Khun Mine are too helping me. Entrance to the room I got letter with nice amenities, I got nice room with nice view also. During dinner time I went to 29th floor which is bar with good view, good food, met Khun Pond who looking after there with his good team Khun Top, Khun O also Khun Min. Thank you for all great services and looking after during I stay here.

This is the third time we are staying here. The hotel is very clean and family friendly. The staffs are very helpful and accommodating. We were greeted and served bu Fah, Vie & May at the reception. They are very polite and helpful. We recommend this hotel for family with children. Sure we will be back in near future.

Checked in very late! The rooms are tiny but clean. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, especially Nicha! Her English is very good. It’s a 5-minute walk to the sky train. There is a big shopping mall nearby and even a park that‘s not far to walk to. So convenient! I must recommend this hotel.

Strategic location and very convenient to a few major shopping malls. Plenty of F&B and entertainment outlets nearby . Hotel room is clean and cosy. The staffs are very helpful and courteous . The rate charged by the hotel is very reasonable and I will definitely come back again on my next trip. Overall its an enjoyable experience staying in this hotel. Highly recommended for business or holiday travellers.

I have been a business traveller for many years and I would normally choose to stay in my regular hotels in the countries that I am in. However, I must highlight that Ibis Sukhumvit 24 has certainly raised their level a couple notches higher !!! Friendly and cosy hotel , clean rooms, even a 7-11 within the facility. However, the folks at Ibis Sukhumvit 24 certainly stands out and they make the difference with their eye to attention, making every effort to make each stay more pleasant then the previous visit. I must highlight 2 wonderful front desk reception staff, Khun Pare and Khun Mine who had gone through extra length to assist me with my special request which they remembered from my previous visits, ( ie the need to have a room with two single beds instead one one huge bed ) even when the hotel was 100% full !!! They very professional and extremely detailed in their works and got me what I had requested. Well done Khun Pare and Khun Mine for your assistance !
