The reception staff have always been perfect during the five stays we have had at Penrith. Courteous, professional and helpful, these are the perfect people for this hotel. The only minor issue which I highlighted with the staff is the inconsistent housekeeping. The rooms have always been clean, comfortable and well presented but there have been minor misses such as taking out towels and not replacing them, no milk for the coffee and the beds short sheeted (they only came 75% up the bed). Very minor points but quickly resolved

Travelled down from Blackheath for husband's Specialist appointment in Penrith. We decided to take our time and stay the night before and the night of the appointment to make things easier. We've stayed at Pullman Sydney Penrith once before and were very impressed with the elegance of the rooms and facilities and the extremely friendly staff. It was a real treat to enjoy dinner at Marcel's on this trip. The buffet breakfast was excellent as usual. Thank you.
