My stay at Pullman Penrith was perfect from the moment I walked in the front door. I was greeted by an amazing staff, especially Michelle You who was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. The entire hotel was immaculate and felt welcoming and truly 5 Star. The room was super comfy and well appointed with everything you need. Awesome shower, cozy beds, soooo many tv channels and the room service food is amazing. Nothing to fault here, I will definitely be staying here again next time I visit the region. Did I mention all the staff were amazing? Thank you Pullman Penrith.

Check in is slow. Buffet breakfast no new cutlery or plates, no butter it was empty, toaster doesnt toast, pastries also low but not empty. Staff are great though. I dont understand the room design, bed facing the wrong way with the tv, empty areas of the room that dont make sense ie 3m x 1m empty space. Dont think the room cost is worth the label.
