It was a short 1 night stay, not my first at the Pullman Penrith. We arrived late (after 10pm). I had phoned earlier to advise of our late expected check in, and to request some extra blankets in the room and to set the ac to heat. Check-in was a breeze and when we got to the room everything was as per my request. We will be back again for a 2 night stay in a fortnight :)

Greeted with friendliness and courtesy, very comfortable rooms. Housekeeping were there for any requests needed. Problems were the toilet buttons were faulty and wouldn't always flush. The fridge was way too small with no freezer. It's only a wine fridge!!
