Everything was great during our stay, and we really enjoyed the hotel overall. The only issue was that our towels were not replaced for three days, which is something we are not quite used to in a five-star hotel. We were also unsure whether room service was functioning properly. That said, we would still rate our experience 9 out of 10, and we are planning to come back again next year.

The food wasn't good at all, and they charged almost 2000 ft every night for tap water, even though the price per night is really high. You can't find water anywhere in the hotel or park, you have to buy it. They said they had kids' activities and showed a program, but it wasn't true, and we didn't see any activities. They even said there was a show at night, but that wasn't true either. Part of the outdoor park was closed. The bike rental is super expensive. The hotel was pretty empty, but they still only let us check in at 3 PM and check out at 11 AM. We're okay with that, but it felt like they were just waiting for no reason. I don't think it's worth the money per night; we've stayed in much better hotels for that price.
