Whilst i arrived after 10 unfortunately the wrong key was dispensed through the key box, thankfully the other people arrived 5-10 mins later and we swapped keys My TV wasn’t connected either and i did flag this

I stay regularly. This visit the tv continually dropped out with a message that the network was lost. Presumably a loose cable. Also it would be great if the cleaning staff resupplied the coffee pods and tea bags when staying for multiple days. Otherwise an excellent place to stay.

Our stay at the Sebel was very good. The location was perfect for our trip, near the lake and easy to get to the galleries by bike. The room we had was lovely, and with a kitchenette which was very useful for breakfasts. We also liked that there was secure parking underneath the hotel. We had a great sleep in a comfortable bed and the bathroom was nice.

Great hotel, great location. Immaculately clean hotel, that is Pet Friendly. Staff were very pleasant & helpful … from the Reception Desk to staff that cleaned our room each day. We will definitely return in the future.
