Very disappointed with the quality of the room service meal - I ordered satay chicken skewers which were served burnt to a crisp and extremely dry. When raised the following morning there was no offer to rectify in any way except to offer me a takeaway coffee.

Stayed for a work conference and was very pleased with the stay, starting with the courtesy of the front of house staff to the facilities and spacious room. All the modern facilities were available in the room, with a view of the city and the Spirit of Tasmania vessel moored across the river. I close proximity, and a short walk, to a number of eateries and hotels in the immediate area.

I had phoned earlier in the week to extend my stay but the second night was charged at a higher rate, i can only presume that my Accor membership wasnt applied. also none of my points from any of my stays have been added to my account. these are all from stays at the Devonport Novotel that were booked over the phone. the only time my points have been added was when i booked it online.
