I was upgraded because my original room didn't have one amenity that was essential for me. I spoke with the nice lady at the desk not knowing that a solution could be found. Thank you very much to her! The room was very beautiful, spacious, comfortable and with a nice view yet I was only on the 2nd floor. Completely soundproof. No sound coming from the outside. The bathroom was perfect! Very functional. Nicely decorated. The materials used are of high quality. Also a big thank you for the two agents at the desk who helped me when I thought I had lost my phone. Thanks to the team! Two areas of improvement: the snack area in the room was a bit dusty and the mattress was too firm. But overall none of this hindered my experience!
