Un séjour très agréable; seul bémol, le restaurant n’était pas ouvert durant mon séjour (à l’exception du snacking)

Chambre privilège très spacieuse et très bien équipée, restaurant pratique avec un bon rapport qualité -prix et un accueil toujours très agréable.

Pas de mise en place du canapé lit pour les enfants le soir , j’ai du reclamer les draps et faire le lit moi-meme . Ca ne vaut pas le prix augmenté à la nuit en periode de salon agritechnica

We understand your concerns about the absence of room service during the Agritechnica and that the sofa bed wasn't prepared for your children upon arrival. We are sorry that you had to endure such experiences during the trade fair. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Of course, we prepare the sofa bed for a family in advance and they do not have to make the bed themselves. We will be happy to clarify with our housekeeping team what happened. This procedure is in no way in line with our standards and requirements. We will also discuss the lack of room service with the service team. You are absolutely right, this is a service that a trade fair guest can expect. It's not nice that you had to fetch your food for four people yourself. Given the prices charged, we understand that you expect impeccable service. While we strive to ensure all amenities are in place, it appears there was a lapse in our service this time. Your comments are valuable as we continually work to enhance our guest experience.
