We completely understand how this may come across, especially when staying at the hotel. To offer a bit of context, we partner with Third Space, which is a premium, members-only fitness club. As it’s not operated directly by the hotel, access isn’t included in the room rate. That said, we do have a dedicated arrangement for our guests, allowing access to the club via a discounted day pass, a rate that isn’t available to the general public. It’s designed to give our guests the opportunity to experience a high-end fitness space at a preferential rate, rather than a standard hotel gym offering. We also appreciate your broader feedback regarding ease of access and will take this on board as we continue to refine the overall guest journey.
