They did not have my reservation !

The only reason why I’m rating it as poor was because they said they had no record of my reservation, despite having booked and paid in full a week prior to check in and checking in online on the day ( which resulted in another 40 pounds being taken that are yet to be refunded) ! I arrived at the hotel and they said my booking was not there, I showed them the emails and the booking on their official app, but they were unable to find it. When I asked if they can just find me a room and accommodate me regardless ( as I had booked a twin room) they said the hotel was full ! I had to go to an event on the day so I had to leave my bags and come back at 11pm in the hope of it being sorted! I come back at 11 pm, they still were not able to find the booking and they had no room for me to stay in ! As I had no where to go, one of the night staff was kind enough to look again, and he found me a single accessible room to stay in! I had contacted them on the following day prior to check out and was asked to email them so they can refund me and look into the matter, which I did do, and I am yet to hear from them ! The total amount of my stay and the additional 40 pounds that I paid was all for nothing !

I have stayed in this hotel a few times and all were great. This time was not so good. First of all, it took į minutes to wait somebody to come to reception. The lady did not know what an accor points booking was. I had to remind about accor loyalty program drinks voucher. The hotel acknowledged the room preference which was great, but the whole room smelled of sewage. The was no shower gel left in the shower - all was used up. The centre of the room was hoovered, but the corners were dusty. 3 nights after check-out no accor points - will have to chase them down.

My goodness we came last weekend with tired eyes with twinkles in them buzzing for our trip to london . We where greeted by the most unhappy man in the world now I must say we did get a bit of a smile but I had pre paid for my room and was made to feel like a lier . Brought over the manger who was so uninterested in this it was unreal . Went to our rooms and within the matter of seconds of checking out each other’s rooms we where locked out brought our cards down to be told we had them to near our mobiles . My phone was currently locked in the room so it wasn’t that . The whole weekend was just horrible so disappointed as I had stayed here before and was planning on staying on another couple of trips up ans coming

Dobra lokalizacja, przyjemna okolica, śniadania mógłby być troszkę bardziej rozbudowane, na duży minus - mikroskopijne okno w pokoju schowane za sciana, zupełny brak światła slonecznego

I’m quite disappointed with my stay at ibis excel, the room was really small and stuffy. There was no food available so if we wanted to eat we would have to go over to the next hotel (novotel). For the price you’re better of paying a little bit more and staying at the Novotel
