Sorry to hear your sleep was cut short by the corridor commotion and that the A/C decided to take an unscheduled break – not exactly the kind of “chill” we had in mind. They also provided flexibility by offering to either reinstate the reservation for July or proceed with a full refund—pending your confirmation.
