Probably the friendliest staff I have ever encountered in a hotel clean lots of complimentary stuff great views over the docks easy reach of all amenities in the area quite cable cars 5 minutes walk away great views of London by night highly recommended.

Miejsce poprawne, dobre śniadania, dobra lokalizacja na eventy. Pokój był czysty, chociaż ręczniki miały odbarwienia, a jeden był dziurawy. Po sprzątaniu moje rzeczy, które leżały za łóżku (zaścielonym przeze mnie) znalazłam na podłodze.

Stayed at this Ibis Excel Dockland for two nights whilst attending a conference at the Excel. Great stay from start to finish. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection. The staff were polite and helpful. Special mention to Azzy who really went out his way to help during my stay. Excellent customer service and would recommend staying here to friends and family.

An excellent experience- brilliant hotel for the cost and I have never used an Ibis before but I will certainly do so again. The staff were fantastic- from reception to the breakfast chef and waiting staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly. Had an issue with the TV in room- quick what’s app sent to reception and they swiftly came to the room to resolve it. Room- clean, modern, great design and an extremely comfortable bed. Shower was excellent and very clean. Breakfast- probably the best budget hotel breakfast I have ever had. Great cooked breakfast, selection of pastries and other items. Excellent coffee and juices. Overall- definitely the best hotel I’ve been to in this price range and a fantastic stay. Highly recommend

Picked the this hotel based on price, so not sure why i expected more, but since the room was described as new i thought what could go wrong. Check in was so due to Being the 31st and only two desks )bit like an airport check in) On entering the room it had this Old smell. The bathroom looked Like a mix between a airplane and once of those sliding door ones on a train. The sink was filthy, yellow stained. There was a burn stain on carpet. The sofa bed seat was broken. We were very tired and hungry and since the Q was still big we went to China Palace for dinner ( best ever) We then decided to Skip the celebration’s due to the weather and go back to Room to watch on TV. The TV had no signal, By this time we gave up and just went to sleep. The next day again a Q at desks so we went out. On return i Mentioned the TV to reception and they were going to send maintenance up, but since it said no signal it was pointless,and who wants someone coming in room when all you want is to Have a shower and relax (don’t get me started on the shower) What we should have got was offered a new room. Anyway Breakfast was ok. Certainly don’t be fooled by the wording New Room as it’s far from That. First time in London For New Year and will Be Last time i stay in this Ibis.
