Comfortable, well appointed quiet room. Covered all the basics needs, and was well situated for touring Greenwich. They do charge extra for early checking. Only a short walk from the underground, the Cutty Sark, Royal Observatory, Queen’s Palace, and the Greenwich Market.

Very friendly, welcoming hotel in Greenwich, located a 5 minutes walk from the Cutty Sark DLR Station. Room was very quiet, well appointed with all the mod-cons expected jn a hotel today. Bed was very comfortable and there is a kettle with coffee, tea and milk. Would highly recommend & plan to use again.

This hotel is not to be recommended. The photos on the hotels homepage is far from what we experienced. The room had a bad smell. The bathroom was a very old plastic cabin with rusty panels. Not the nice looking bathroom on the pictures. The bed was very stained. The breakfast was poor. Only toast bread, croissant, cereal and bacon/egg. The photos shows a varied offer. The request in the booking about allegenes was ignored.

Other than a comfortable bed and a good shower. We feel that the room was to small for the money, also the lighting was inadequate. No where for a person to sit and put on make up. The bathroom had no window or extractor fan, also the room had a connecting door. The staff hardly spoke and they didn't have a 24hr restaurant, unlike other ibis hotels.
