Sehr gute Lage mit vielen Shopping- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten, super an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden. Junges, urbanes Publikum im Hotel, sehr netter Service durch die Mitarbeiter. Zimmer sind eher klein, aber aufmerksames, immer hilfsbereites Housekeeping.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung und das Design des Hotels ist modern und ansprechend. Ich war zuvor schon im TRIBE Düsseldorf und hatte dort eine sehr gute Erfahrung, weshalb ich mich bewusst wieder für TRIBE entschieden habe. Dieses Mal war ich allerdings enttäuscht vom Zimmer und insbesondere vom gebuchten Upgrade. Ich hatte ein King Room auf einer höheren Etage mit City View gebucht, da wir fünf Nächte geblieben sind und mir ein größeres Bett und ein besserer Ausblick wichtig waren. Das Kingsize-Bett war 150cm breit! Das Zimmer war jedoch sehr klein und soweit erkennbar, identisch mit den anderen Zimmern auf der Etage. Da das Hotel nur wenige leicht höhere Stockwerke nutzt, hatte die „höhere Etage“ keinen wirklichen Mehrwert. Auch der „City View“ bestand hauptsächlich aus einem direkten Blick in ein Bürogebäude. Insgesamt hatte ich daher das Gefühl, dass das Upgrade keinen echten Mehrwert geboten hat.
