Ein Brandfleck ( Zigarette) und ein größerer weißer Fleck auf dem Teppich im Eingangsbereich. Das trübt den ersten Eindruck. Leichter Gestank im Bad. Frühstück ok.

Der Check in verlief reibungslos und das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen sehr klein und die Toiettenspülung im Bad sehr laut. Außerdem war die Sauberkeit im Bad am ersten Tag nicht auf dem gewünschten Niveau. Ab Tag 2 war dieses besser. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend ohne etwas besonderes. Man kann davon satt werden. Da das Hotel an einer Schnellstraße sowie Einflugschneise (London City Airport) liegt, sollten Personen mit einem leichten Schlaf nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Bei geschlossenen Fenster ist es angenehm ruhig.

Insgesamt sehr schmutzig. Die Höhe war aber der Gestank aus den Abflüssen im Bad - Die Lösung sollte ein Bisschen Sprühen mit einem Multi-Purpose-Cleaner sein. Unterirdisch.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich praktisch gelegen, wenn denn die Tube DLR nicht gerade ausfällt und man gut zu Fuß ist. Wir waren für ein Konzert in der O2-Arena vor Ort und dafür ist es wirklich in Ordnung. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt. Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit und es ist sauber. Man hat alles, was man benötigt. Trotz Straßenlage bei geschlossenem Fenster ruhig.
