We loved our room, the cleaning staff was incredible and so kind, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and we were steps away from the Prophets Masjid. The hotel is conveniently located on the main food street.

The reception team was extremely welcoming and professional, with a special mention to Rayan, who stood out for his helpful attitude and smooth handling of the check-in process. The room service team also deserves recognition, service was prompt, and the food was consistently delicious, which really added to the comfort of the stay. The only minor issue I noticed was a slight unpleasant smell from the minibar. However, as I did not need to use it, this did not impact my overall experience. Overall, I would rate my stay 9/10, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family (10/10 recommendation).
