Standout Dedication: Ms. Radhika Rathore went above and beyond standard upgrade policies to arrange the perfect room with a bathtub. Finding out later that she handled everything seamlessly while recovering from an accident left us deeply moved. Her commitment is peerless. Front Office: Ms. Priyanka Parashar made our arrival smooth and personalized. Food & Beverage: Abhinav provided outstanding support for our first dinner, and the restaurant team (Devashish, Devraj, Roshan) was prompt and courteous throughout. Staff was perfect and rooms are very comfortable and clean. Issue is advertisement. On Booking it States clear that there is variety of food, including international choices. As well they offer english/american breakfast. As we arrived, we realised that it's almost vegan Hotel. Not even Eggs are available. Furthermore there is no view on castle as advertised. We were as well not allowed to sit on rooftop inthe evening as it belongs to pool area which closes.

Regarding the castle view, please note that the view may vary depending on the room category, location, and surrounding buildings. We are sorry if this did not meet your expectations. With regard to the rooftop, it forms part of our pool area and is subject to the pool’s operating hours. For safety and operational reasons, access is restricted after the pool area closes. One doesn’t expect torn towels, rusted dustbins and a constant stink in the bathroom drain at a Novotel property. Moreover, I ended up having stomach infection after having dinner at the roof top lounge.

I assure you that the concerns highlighted by you regarding the dingy bathrooms, old and worn-out linen, plumbing issues, and the persistent unpleasant smell are being taken seriously. These shortcomings are certainly not in line with the standards we expect from our team. I am particularly concerned about your observations regarding housekeeping, including the dust on the metal rods and the food item left on the floor for several days. This clearly indicates a lapse in our cleaning and inspection processes, and I regret that these were not identified and addressed promptly. I have taken note of all these concerns and will personally ensure that the housekeeping and engineering teams review the issues and implement the necessary corrective measures. We will also reinforce our room inspection and quality-control procedures to ensure such lapses are not repeated. We are equally concerned to learn about your health experience following your dinner at the rooftop lounge. Your feedback will be thoroughly reviewed with our culinary and hygiene teams, and all necessary precautions will be reinforced. Please be assured that your feedback will be used constructively to improve our standards and accountability. The stay was comfortable, staff is polite and genuine specially Ms. Lovepreet Kaur who helped us during the check in procedure. The location is bit populated as its in the industrial area. Apart from that i had paid 4000+ in All accor points out of my total bill of approx 6500, during check out the staff asked me to pay 6500 despite the fact i had already made the payment using points during checkin, the manager had to intervene in order sort this issue. Overall stay was great, it would be of you could train the front desk staff regarding all accor loyalty program.
