Bad experience

We booked a room at this hotel and realized just one minute later that we had accidentally selected dates one month later than intended. We contacted them immediately to change the dates, and we were assured that we could stay at the hotel this month and that the issue would be resolved afterward. We stayed at the hotel, but they did not refund the payment that was made by mistake. As a result, we stayed for one night but ended up paying twice. This is a very unprofessional attitude toward customers.

Good budget hotel

Had a good experience for two nights in a single room. The room was clean, quiet and modern, had a huge TV inside and the Wifi was working well. Staff was friendly and the location with the Alexanderplatz station nearby is great to explore the city. Plenty restaurants and cafés are nearby as well.

Just a one night stop for us. No frills hotel close to Alexanderplatz and the railway station. Compact room and equally compact bathroom. Didn’t sleep too good due to road and tram noise at the front of the building. Doesn’t help when the windows don’t close properly!! Cold bathroom. Adequate breakfast but again no frills. Got to breakfast before the rush, some were having to wait for a table. The only lift is slow and also used by housekeeping so be prepared to wait or use the stairs. Shower gel bottle was empty when we came to use the shower, luckily a housemaids trolley was in our corridor so helped myself to a new one. As they say, you only get what you pay for and this is no exception.

Good location with rooms providing what you need. Shower space a bit small but othewrise it was fine. The lift is very slow and small so in a larger group you are best taking the stairs. We didn't have breakfast here but were hapoy with the stay.

Disgusting treatment by obnoxious rude female receptionist

Rude and obnoxious female member of reception staff who threatened me with calling the police due to her not giving us all of our booked rooms. Couldn’t understand that 2 rooms were on one reservation so refused to give me a room key but has charged me for one nights stay when we didn’t even have a room key! Then gave our group a single room which they joked and called the ‘urinal room’ due to the smell of urine instead of the superior twin room that was booked back in December 2023! Honestly worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Plenty of much better hotels in the area with much friendlier staff!
