Comfortable room BUT no bath or easy chair. Poor signage of stairs and lifts to upper floors.

We booked a room for our wedding (night before and after) and we received a free of charge upgrade, which was perfect to allow my hairdresser and bridesmaids to get ready and to help me prepare. The place had all the comforts and facilities, and it's wonderfully elegant. Stunning room with a stunning view. The staff were super kind and welcoming. Just one little issue, I've emailed the hotel several times before our stay to have some clarification about our booking and I never received and answer. All sorted at the arrival though.
