A very comfortable and stylish place to stay. The hotel is ideally located for exploring the centre of Liverpool and easy to nip back to for a rest (I was full of the cold while there!). Staff all friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel loved the location 5 - min walk into the centre, the spa was 5 star, pool was perfect temperature, very relaxing. Rooms were beautifully decorated, the only thing is the walk from main reception to our room was like a maze difficult to navigate at first as all the corridors look the same. Some of the waiters were slow at the bar so not a 5 star service although one of the waitresses was brilliant. The breakfast was cold sent back had to wait to re cook so again not 5 star. However overall I will rate it a 5 as all the positives out weigh the negatives.

Brilliant stay from start to finish - a warm, friendly welcome, recognising me as having stayed before and showing me to my room. Stylish, comfortable, well appointed and spacious room. Great atmosphere in the Palm Court bar area which is just WOW! I had a chipotle chicken burger which was tasty and well presented and the service staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel stored my luggage for the day after i checked out and attended meetings in the city. Great experience, will return

Fabulous stay for daughters graduation

We had 3 rooms booked for after our daughters graduation. From the moment we arrived in reception, the staff could not have been more welcoming. My daughter got upgraded for her stay to a suite which was amazing. We had way too many bags from the car, but reception made it all very easy and stress free. Nothing was too much trouble. We were able to put all our bags into one of the rooms, as we arrived very early at 10 am which was a big help. It is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and it is just beautiful. Gorgeous rooms, super service and very welcoming. Superb location for shopping and the interior is stunning and made for lots of gorgeous photos of us all for the graduation. Thank you for making such a special day very memorable.
