Mercure Klaipeda City 4 stars

The ALL app listing promised a "Mini bar with free soft drinks", "Free in Room Mineral Water" and slippers. On arrival, the minibar cabinet was empty, with no fridge, water or slippers. The receptionist told me the fridges had been removed earlier this year, yet the listing still advertised this amenity. Water and slippers were provided later. The night receptionist was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated her efforts to address my concerns. My concern is with management and the accuracy of the information provided when booking. This did not meet my expectations of a four-star Mercure. Please correct the advertised amenities so guests know what they are booking.

I only stayed one night. Everything was at hand and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

We were disappointed that the Accor Status Welcome Drink was limited to tea, coffee, water or a couple of soft drink items when we were hoping to enjoy a glass of wine after a long day. And the hotel wifi did not work, We reported it but nothing happened.

The room was large and comfortable. However, the stay was marred by the surly staff, particularly the bar manager. He seemed to be missing even when there were queues at the bar and when he was there was surly to the point of rudeness. It was disappointing there was no evening restaurant or even a lobby bar menu.

having been frequently to Mercure hotels in Poland, i booked a privilege room for 2 nights and I paid for it. The room (510) was ok but the bathroom is now outdated. I was surprised seeing that the displayed rate was lower than what I got when booking in advance in march 2026. At the reception, I was told that i would have had to book directly to the hotel and not on the Accor website to get a better rate!! For me, booking on All.com shows more loyalty than booking on booking.com. I was not expecting a true discount only but a free drink at the bar for instance. This situation was similar for friends paying more than the available price on your display or on booking.com. In the morning a group emptied the buffet and we had very few items available. I selected to cancel the room cleaning and I don't see the 100 points added to my account: could you confirm? When you hold a worldwide brand name, you must behave as part of the group and take the customer satisfaction as the main objective By the way the experience at Mercure Riga centre was worst what gives a negative feeling on the brand management in the Baltic countries
