We have had an elderly parent staying at your hotel for many years. The hotel staff are nothing short of personable, supportive and kind. The room itself is always comfortable and clean and the entrance is so inviting and warm. We are always very relieved to have our dad so well cared for, with the proximity to the hospital being incredibly convenient. We had an emergency this morning and the management and staff were without fault. They managed the crisis and provided support. We would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly to anyone wanting a short or long stay in the local area.

Good room, great breakfast, friendly staff and plenty of parking. My only suggestion would be to add a sign at the roundabout on the way in to help your driving guests find their way to reception.

Good friendly service. But he black cups need washing better. Shower screen doesn’t close well and bed slides off the base. Bowls in the room would be better and would have liked to know about the filtered water drinking water earlier. Room service food was excellent and well priced. Breakfast buffet to expensive for us. Room cleaners were good. I also noted I could of saved $100 by booking online and not direct with you
