Amazing staff, amazing stay, amazing experience. My family really enjoyed this stay. The room was clean, the staff were helpful. My child enjoyed the kids club and the staff there were very kind. There some minor things that needs to be improved. The room door next to room 147 was loud that needs to be fixed. We would prefer a cold water to shower in the room as the hot was the only option. The Italian restaurant breakfast needs improvement as the food taste and service was below average for such a place that has everything perfect. Overall, we are definitely coming back next month 😍❤️

my experience was great but every time I need to contact or need to contact anyone in the reception or the concierge I regret staying in sls hotel the check-in experience was more than one hour, when calling any one by the phone at least there is 10 min wait until someone picks up the phone, asked for restaurant reservation called the restaurant the next day there was no booking, twice. called the reception to ask about the early check out police they told me that the reservations will contact me the next day no one contacted me, got asked by the person that told me that they will contact me why I will check out early while explaining they didn't hear me they did cut me and told me we are sorry and that the reservations will contact me. I don't want to be all negative I have enjoyed during my stay as long as I didn't need anything from the reception or the concierge. I will come back to the hotel and will recommend the hotel also but not to stay in it to dine or enjoy the facility only. my trip was our first anniversary celebration, and I really regret choosing sls to be the memory of my first anniversary.

Our stay was overall comfortable, and I would like to begin by commending the housekeeping team for their exceptional dedication — having our room serviced three times a day was truly impressive and very much appreciated. The resort's variety of activities and dining options were equally remarkable, and we genuinely enjoyed what was on offer. However, there were two notable downsides that impacted our experience. First, pest control was a concern throughout our stay. We encountered ants in various areas around the resort, discovered a spider in our room, and experienced mosquito bites on multiple occasions — particularly at night while sleeping and during outdoor dining. While I fully understand and respect the resort's commitment to sustainability, which may limit the use of certain pest control methods, I believe a better balance can be achieved to ensure guest comfort without compromising those values. Second, the concierge service, while attentive, appeared to be significantly understaffed. There was only one concierge employee managing both guest requests and golf cart transportation simultaneously, which understandably led to gaps in service. There were instances where calls went unanswered, and unfortunately, a dinner reservation we requested via the concierge at the Indonesian Restaurant at Edition Resort was made for the wrong date. This resulted in nearly 40 minutes of back-and-forth with the restaurant to resolve the issue, and we were ultimately seated at a corner table rather than a proper arrangement. I hope the resort will consider reinforcing its concierge team and addressing pest control measures, as these improvements would go a long way in ensuring guests enjoy the exceptional experience the resort clearly strives to deliver.
