My experience was truly exceptional from the moment I arrived until my departure. The hospitality, service, and overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations, making for a memorable stay. I would like to share two observations that I believe could further enhance the guest experience: 1. Unfortunately, the scuba diving center was closed during my visit. As diving was one of the primary reasons I chose this destination, I was disappointed not to have the opportunity to experience it. 2. While the quality of the experience was excellent, I found the pricing to be somewhat higher compared to similar destinations and resorts within the region. Greater pricing competitiveness could make the destination even more attractive to potential visitors. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and greatly appreciate the efforts of the entire team. I look forward to returning in the future and seeing the destination continue to grow and improve.

The destination itself was beautiful and had always been a dream place for me to visit. However, my stay was disappointing due to inaccurate information provided before arrival regarding the suite view, as well as a recurring sewage odor in room 228 throughout my stay. While the staff were polite and responsive, the issues were never fully resolved. I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience, as I would genuinely like to return in the future.
