Very slow response from the concierge team, you feel a shortage in staff, the food options are good, and the mobility service is average but very expensive.

The hotel is not yet ready to operate at full capacity and prices. The management admitted to being understaffed, service is lagging; there are teething issues everywhere. And that’s knowing there’s construction noise and pollution all around.

Excellent except very weak and long to answer and sometimes no answer from front desk or concierge
