Your comments regarding room condition, housekeeping practices, balcony cleanliness, amenities, and staff awareness of membership benefits have been noted and shared with the relevant departments for immediate review and corrective action. With regard to the security deposit, please allow us to clarify that as per hotel policy, a refundable security deposit is required from all guests upon check-in to cover any incidental charges during the stay.
