Dear Faisal A., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations and for the inconveniences you encountered. Your comments regarding room condition, housekeeping practices, balcony cleanliness, amenities, and staff awareness of membership benefits have been noted and shared with the relevant departments for immediate review and corrective action. With regard to the security deposit, please allow us to clarify that as per hotel policy, a refundable security deposit is required from all guests upon check-in to cover any incidental charges during the stay. This policy applies regardless of membership status, and the full amount is released upon check-out provided no charges are incurred. We regret if this was not clearly communicated at the time of arrival. We appreciate your positive remarks about the café, restaurant service, and food quality, and we are pleased to know these aspects met your expectations.
