تجربة رائعة ومريحة للغاية المكان جميل بالقرب من الخدمات والإطلالة ممتازة على بحيرة وخاصة وقت المساء كأنها لوحة فنية والغرف نظيفة وبها كل ما يحتاجه المسافر وبخاصة ماكينة الاسبريسو وطاقم العمل متعاون كل شئ جميل ورائع اكرر الإقامة في هذا المكان الجميل

رغم أن الفندق مصنف فئة 5 نجوم، إلا أن الخدمة والرفاهية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل هنا تتفوق على هذا التصنيف بكثير وتستحق أكثر من 5 نجوم بجدارة! الإقامة كانت في قمة الفخامة والراحة، والتعامل من طاقم العمل يدرس في الاحترافية والترحيب. الغرف مذهلة وإطلالتها ونظافتها تفوق الوصف، والموقع في قلب الداون تاون ممتاز جداً. تجربة مبهرة بكل المقاييس، وسأعود إليه في كل زيارة لدبي بإذن الله

انا زبون لدى هذا الفندق وكان الفندق متراجعا ومتقادم حيث ان ماء الدوش كان خفيف مقارنه مع السابق وان التحكم في الماء الحار مزعج اضافة الى ان الافطار سيء جدا وكان مسجل لشخص واحد ونحن شخصين واضطررت الى الذهاب الى موظف الاستقبال وترك افطاري لحل المشكلة
