Bhupender- Wow he is an amazing Housekeeper. Cleaning was flawless, he was always friendly and professional and went out of his way to give us an amazing service. He also decorated our bed for my birthday with rose petals which was a really lovely surprise. He is a real asset to the team at the Sofitel and I would rate him 5/5 stars. Also a shout out to Abdul the pool waiter who was very friendly and attentive with a lovely energy about him.

Very friendly staff and service. Polite and supportive peaple. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great choice in varied breakfast. When coming back to Dubai, I would certainly choose this hotel again!

Clean and tiny rooms Great service and location. Our housekeeper Shashi was very kind friendly and helpful. The staff at the hotel were extremely nice The bell staff were great! Buffet breakfast was amazing and the gym was also very good.

I arrived around 2:30 pm, before the typical check in time, hoping I could get a decent view and level. WRONG!! After asking if I could have the highest level available for the room level booked, I surprisingly got put on 5th floor out of 31. Instead the front desk representative , Lahna, said I will give you higher level if you pay for a breakfast and lounge package. I don’t eat breakfast, and I could live without the lounge access. For the amount I paid vs the service I received from the start I would not recommend. What happened to great customer service. I was asking for basic accommodation not a presidential suite!!!! Disappointed

Fancy hotel with everything available to make you feel special. Staff was extremely curtious and helpful. Location is just perfect with good connectivity. I was not very impressed with their food options, breakfast spread was very good but very few options for a vegetarian. Concierge service can be improved a lot, I requested for some suggestions to explore city and mode of communication which they didn't had any idea so I googled it.
