Great experience at Swissotel Al Murooj. The hotel is well located. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The check-in process was a bit long though (30-40 minutes) and the breakfast quality was just okay. The gym is excellent. And the lounge service is great. Special thanks to Thin and Zeba for providing superb service. Thanks very much.

Awesome stay for the family , close to dubai mall, 10 minutes walk from hotel. Jin and nickel really were great for room service and all the help.
