Had a great stay in the Ibis budget travelling to Burton at the weekend. All the staff were super friendly and Jack particularly went the extra mile to offer to book restaurant reservations and so forth. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is very well located.

Great check in and help with an iron, travelled on the train and it was down some stairs opposite side of the road to access the hotel. Room ticked all the boxes with just a couple of minor improvements - duvet cover was open down one side, external window didn’t shut - (additional glazing did) and the toilet in the morning kept running water (this was flagged in the morning on check out). Overall good experience and I would return given the location and great team members.

I didn't stay at the hotel on 27 Nov . I had a reservation for that day and the hotel cancelled due to essential maintenance . I had to find another hotel .
